Your Heritage Agent will then perform a Competitive Market Analysis. A CMA is a report which compares your home to similar, comparable homes that have recently sold in your neighborhood. Your Agent will meet with you to review and discuss the findings of the CMA which determine the value or the “most probable sale price” of your home.
