Heritage Real Estate is an independent, family owned and operated, full service Real Estate Company, established by Kevin Neelis in 1990. After years of being the Top Producing Agent in Manitowoc County and one of the Top Ten Producing Agents for Coldwell Banker’s Eastern Region, Kevin decided to establish a Real Estate Company! Heritage Real Estate was conceived with basic goals including a dedication to hard work, exceptional service, and the sheer joy of uniting buyers with sellers.
Today our team of full time, knowledgeable and genuinely caring agents is the primary key to our success and growth. Heritage Real Estate, Inc. continued to grow, establishing Heritage Preferred in 1997. Heritage Preferred provides an innovative approach to marketing the finer homes of Manitowoc County. Heritage Commercial was then established to provide the region with specialized and aggressive full-service Commercial Agency.
